Parking:
If you are driving, please park on the main road but please do not block any driveways
Entry & Access:
*Upon arrival, please ring the Intercom
*I am situated on the ground floor, but unfortunately there is no wheel chair access.
Consumption of food and drink in the treatment room:
*Please kindly refrain from consuming food or drink in the treatment room (except water)
Babies & Children
*Due to insurance purposes, I am unable to accommodate babies & children under the age of 12 years of age.
Appointments:
*Please provide at least 24 hours notice where possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so, may result in a late cancellation fee.
*Forgetting appointments and failure to show for appointments without notice will require you to pay the full cost of the missed appointment.
*Please retain your aftercare treatment card(s) for future reference.
*Although a friend/ family member is welcome to accompany you to your appointment, please let me know in advance if you intend to do so. However, to get the maximum benefit of a massage, it is highly recommended you have this treatment alone.
*Please note, parental consent is required for treatments of clients under the age of 16 years and I am unable to provide treatments for youngsters under the age of 13.
Payments:
*Payment is required at the end of your treatment (less deposit where appropriate)
*I am only able to accept Cash or Cheque at present (Cash only at the first appointment).
Longer treatments:
*Some treatments and Treatment packages can take up to 2.5hours (approximate appointment times are stated with prices), therefore please allow enough time in your schedule.
Smoking:
*Is not permitted on the premises
Pregnant? and or Medical conditions
*Please let me know if you are or are very likely to be pregnant
*It is imperative you let me know of any medical conditions as soon as possible.
Make-up
*Please note that make up on treatment areas will be removed and I recommend you refrain from re-applying any make up on these areas for at least 24 hours after treatment.
Patch tests
*Some treatments require you to have patch tests prior to your appointment.
*Please note that I will not be able to do these treatments unless you have had the patch test and have not had reactions to any of the products.
DEPOSITS
*Please note that some treatments and packages require a deposit to ensure this appointment slot is fully reserved for you.
*The Deposit will be required a minimum of 72 hours prior to your appointment date. If the appointment slot you require is less than 72hours from the date of request, 50% of the total cost of the treatment is required to reserve your appointment slot.
*Failure to provide the deposit within the required time-frame will result in the cancellation of your appointment.
*Please note these deposits are non-refundable and the deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of treatment on the day.
Once the deposit has been made, the appointment slot if fully reserved for you. If however you are then unable to make the actual appointment; the deposit can still be deducted from the actual cost of treatment provided another appointment is made within 2 weeks of the initial appointment date. Any treatments rebooked beyond 2 weeks will require another deposit (non-refundable and as stated below).
